I know I stated in my last rant toward Beans and the Good Drink Doctor that I 
wasn't going to be checking up on the forum I used to love anymore...  Well, 
I'm glad I did.  I was great to see the last few posts and how they state that 
the decline of this forum (which I feel is due to the virtual "POLICE-ing" 
done by the previously mentioned) ...is also being noticed by others.  I 
strongly feel that the beauty of a web-based forum is the freedom to be able 
to say whatever you want whenever you want...and of course that doesn't mean 
deliberate, thoughtless "flaming" (as you guys call it) ...but those questions 
and thoughts that are on the edge of political correctness I feel should be 
splashed all over this sites forum.  If we can't talk about it at work, (or 
even in the "parking lot" outside of work) then where can it be discussed.  
I'm a fairly new bartender who's working his f'ing ass off right now to get 
out of the corporate world and it's stuffy, politically correct clutches... 
and the more I read these self-serving, corrective replies to all of the 
beautifully liberal topics that people try to bring up...the more I feel like 
those replying are definitely in the wrong business.  If you can't even keep 
your managerial personality at bay while reading words on a computer 
screen...then I believe you need to be in this goddamn office chair I'm 
sitting in right now, doing the bull$%*& work I do all day for my face-less 
company...and let me do your job.  Bottom-line is it's just a forum, and if 
YOU GUYS (you know who you are) didn't take it so personally, then you'd just 
NOT FOLLOW-UP ON THE THREADS YOU DON'T LIKE.  Everyone is not going to be on 
the same page as you "regulars"...  Everyone isn't as word-savvy as much of 
you.  So, if you feel like some of these threads are insulting (how you feel 
this, sometimes I have no idea) then let the person wait for a reply from 
another newbie or someone who doesn't have every leg of every bar stool in 
their establishment UP THEIR ASS.  You don't have to be "the bar manager" 
24-7...
Relax...It'd make this forum much more likable to check up on, and all the 
people who work for you much happier.
