I think you just hate me. So?
I love the restaurant I have worked for 13 years! We do high volume and are
one of Cleveland's favorite hang outs. It has a 1500 max capacity (according
to the local fire department) with eight different bars, boat dockage and a
stage. I have a staff of 15-20 hostesses, 150 servers and 48-52 bartenders
(shame on me cause I dont know how many are in the heart of the house at the
moment) with training classes of new employees every week as I find sometimes
this isn't the place to work for some as it may be too busy or too hard to do.
(And it does get that way, I have done everything there is to do in this
place, including refinishing wood work on one of the bars!) I can't forget
but I have usually 8-10 barbacks and 5-10 bussers too. We crank.
Dude, just stop. I realize and get that you hate me, along with maybe your
job(?). So why don't you do what I suggested -- do something positive!
(instead of launching more flames)
Man, I got the best gig around.
