:) I hear what you're trying to say.
But one of the glories of this forum is it's a place where we can say stuff 
you can't say in front of the manager!

I think it is way over-reacting to fire someone if a tour bus pulls up outside 
and they says 'looks like we'll get some good tips today'.

But hey, I don't know what the employment laws are in your area. ;)
