Sorry about that. In some places 'tourist' (or tourrorist as I say) is a 
pejorative!

I agree that the tourist trade is much more fun. People coma at you with a 
much more open attitude. Thay are here on holiday and have already decided 
they are going to enjoy themselves, not drown their daily stress.

Of course it ain't that simple to choose a job like that.

And for all my contribution to the rant above, I can't say I've identified 
trends by occupation in a significant way. 

IT folk are more likely to order really interesting shots.
Visiting Bosses (business contacts of the boss) will tip well if the boss 
isn't there. If they pay.
