Whoa!!  I guess you guys told me.  I would like to know where "beans" is from? 
 Because obviously you know everything about bartending.  I would love to know 
where you work also.  Where I work you depend on your tips to make a living, 
and when you work your butt off for these people, and get less than 10%, if 
anything at all, it gets frustrating.  I've been the head bartender at a high 
volume hotel bar for almost 4 years, so I think i know a little bit about 
service.
