Good Lord you people are still upset by this question!!!  What is your 
problem?  This is a bartending forum...if you don't think bartenders complain 
about some customers who are generally CHEAP, then you are living in a fantasy 
world.  At my job, we talk about the weird, strange, and odd people who stop 
in to establishment, even with managers.  You'd fire someone for talking to 
you about a cheap customer...Where in the world do you work at?  The service 
industry is supposed to be a fun place to work, not a dictatorship. By the way 
I hate"Top-Down" managers, it's not the way to go...
