Regardless of all previous comments and sweeping generalizations, in my 
experience of working a uni (I think similar to US college) bar, can be the 
worst day to day but any special events, socials, initiations etc, usually 
tipped quite well.  But I still stand by my previous post which is "tipping is 
optional"

No offence or gramatical error here is not directed at nobody..
