I didn't say I hate you for being a "Top-Down" manager.  When i say top down i 
take to mean a manager who delegates responsibility to everybody they can, 
just because they are a manager.  I would rather have a manager who welcomes 
input from staff and implements that in a positive way.  And btw, what kind of 
employees do you have that, apparently, discuss tips in front of customers?  
I'd like to know what kind of turnover rate you have at your 
establishment...Apparently your staff isn't happy with their situation (money, 
job satisfaction).  Seems like you're the one who should get a new job...
