Well, I posted earlier in the other thread that got similarly hijacked about 
nationalities, so you'll know that I come down in defense of KdiddyinLaX's 
basic question.

Of course 'managers' is a generalization, so we can't comment on our opinions 
or experiences.
'Customers' is a classification that demeans and boxes them in to a 
prejudicial stereotype.
And to describe someone as a 'co-worker' implies they are no more than a label 
and you are a rabid job-ist.

There goes the dictionary!
