Lynn does not work for me.  We used to work together, but that was a long time 
ago (and how we met).  But I am her friend.  She's the one that turned me on 
to this forum and have found it quite valuable.
I'm glad to see you love to bartend as you have a lot of passion.
As for the restaurant, a place that huge, yeah we will kick out a six figure 
gross on a good Friday night.  We are Budweiser's biggest account.  It is a 
machine and hopefully a well oiled one.  Talking about money, yeah, sometimes 
I too get jealous of my barstaff cause they rock in tips.  (whereas my 
paycheck is the same salaried amount)  There could be a whole year's worth of 
income from one hard summer season of work.  But I like my boss, I like my 
job.  Managing is cool.
But what confuses me is this is a better "conversation" but then you turn 
around and post something rather unpleasant?  (I am not instigating, just 
unsure).  Moody?  Well, I have my moments too.  (dont we all?)
