Dictatorship?  In Ohio it is employment at will.  And yes, it is a 
dictatorship.  My boss dictates what he wants us managers to do and we do to 
our service and kitchen staff.  "Top-Down" manager?  I started at this 
restaurant, when I was in school, as a busser hired in the dead of winter.  
Now I am the general manager.  Bottom up dude.  Why can't you take some good 
advice and move on with something positive?
