Your original post is most definatly condeming teachers and doctors as being
cheap.
I do however side with you by thinking that some gross generalizations are
acceptable. If someone says that all teachers are underpaid most of us
wouldn't get upset, because it is widly believed to be true. On the other
hand most generalizations aren't accurate or even close to being so.
It would silly if I claimed that all trees have acorns just because all of the
trees in my yard have acorns on them. You posted that in your "yard" the
teachers are cheap. I shouldn't get upset if others tell me that thier trees
don't bear acorns.
When posting in a forum like this, emotion in the words is lost. Sometimes
brevity isn't the way to go.
