This may be the manager in me, but posting something that is whispered among 
coworkers and friends is one thing, but this is not a group of friends.
This is a fairly large, public forum.  So talking about a group of people and 
discussing money or tips just isnt approprite.
The topic alone here his something that is considered a fireable offense in 
the restaurant I work for if such a conversation was overheard by another 
coworker or customer.
