No, he said he didn't include the lemon juice because less people complained 
when it was made to a  sweeter spec. Tim is not the greatest mixologist in the 
world, but I wouldn't call him an idiot. He does a stonking trade, and I guess 
thats what really counts. 

Rick: I assume that you didn't take the job, right? I did a trail shift at 
Iniquity  and got the job after just 2 hours. Left after 2 months. If I had 
stayed for 3 then my photo would be on their website. I was a fan of their 
cocktail list, but no-one really notice around that part of the world anyway. 
The worse bar in the area has to be B@1, around the corner, and that place is 
award-winning. ha.
