Whatever floats your boat, I still think that if you change from lemon to lime 
it ceases to be a sour and should carry a differant name, lemon was good 
enough for jerry Thomas so it's good enough for me. If someone requests a sour 
made with lime juice I'll oblige (if you ever order one i'll just make it with 
lime ;-) but for me to use lime requires a request specifically for it!
