Remember - you (depending on guest) would prob make a marg with a salted rim 
so there can be a fair bit of time spent garnishing anyway - how often are you 
going to use a lime wheel?

Why not use the peel from a lime instead of a wedge then, much more 
comtemporary and you will use the rest of the lime as juice anyway - so hardly 
any wastage.
