Hey Rob,

Once again i haven't read all of these posts! I find that quote interesting as 
quite a lot of recipes don't include egg white, particularly the White Lady. 
There's no mention of it in the Savoy book, but as G has said before, so 
what?! 

Love that quote & eggs in drinks!
