Ah, but this is the problem. Do people really know what they want? How many 
people make the mistake of ordering a Sour drink, and then complain because it 
is not sugary sweet enough for them.

Some people are always going to be disappointed

As I noticed in the Margarita thread, some people can't even balance the 
flavours of 3 ingredients in a cocktail, without resorting to sugar syrup.
