So, Dan and Cheryl, I guess sending the drink back would be a bad choice to. :)

Thanks for the advice. I guess I will have to work with this bar to get them 
up-to-snuff so I can have a good place to go for drinks.

I have seriously considered starting my on place, but I have no professional 
experience. I know a good cocktail bar would do really well in the area that I 
live. I have the business savvy to run a business but I do not have expertise 
in running a bar. I know the kind of place I want as a patron. I guess what I 
need is a good partner that can run the day-to-day.

I'll think about it more and maybe start on a business plan.

THEN I WILL GET MY MANHATTAN STIRRED DAMN IT! :)
