Thank you for recognizing that cherry juice is not the way this drink should 
be made. It's sort of like preferring ketchup on your Osso Bucco. The 
appropriateness of the customer asking their dish this way might be 
debateable, but there should be no debate as to if it would be appropriate for 
the chef to simply make it this way and think he was really making Osso Bucco.
