Bartenders don't like to make this drink because you have you pick up 4 
(sometimes 5) bottles, plus the sour mix and the soda gun.

It's not that bartenders don't dislike the people ordering them (no real 
bartender would ever say this because real bartenders don't give a crap what 
you order)...it's that we don't like the reputation that tags along with the 
drink...which is that the people that order this drink are only looking to get 
a strong drink in one drink for one price. The truth is that they aren't 
gettin' all that alcohol and it frustrates bartenders when they have to 
explain this to guests when they've been at ma&pa bars that are pouring the 
hell out the the LIIT.
