I totally agree, the Zombie is in my opinion, one of the most balanced drinks 
ever created when you take into account the amount of liquor it contains.

LIIT - Do we know 100% that it was just thrown together and that the tender 
who created it didn't know what they were doing?

P.S In no way am I defending the LIIT, I am just curious as to why it is so
