In most bars a LIIT is made badly (that's because only bad bars make them
hahaha!). Shit spirit, sours and coke. There is no taste profile to the drink,
cold compound gin, mixto teq will be drowned by the sours mix and coke. I bet
my bile duct that if you have an average punter a well made Cuba Libre and
told them it was a LIIT they would DEFINITELY believe you.
