I'm not that skilled a bartender. :) I understand the theory, but I doubt I 
could produce an original LIIT-style combo in practice. Honestly, I believe 
the LIIT itself was just a freakish coincidence, given where it was invented. 
:)

In theory it's the difference between "iridescent" and "ugly brown". They're 
both colors that you get when you mix a bunch of colors together, but one is 
beautiful and rare, and the other is horrible and likely. :)
