Eeeeeeeeasy lads!! Before this thread goes around in ANOTHER circle, the 
reason I personally hate LIIT's is I find it disprespectful for what we all 
stand for. We try and educate the drinker, try and help them to understand the 
different flavours of the spirit, to help them appreciate the different tastes 
of different gins for example, fully taste the botanicals...

The LIIT takes all this and throws it away. It is pretty much the antithesis 
of good bartending, shoving five opposing spirits in the same glass, when they 
are good enough to be savoured alone...

That's my tuppence worth....
