hmm.. I think that when it's about overgarnishing that the taste of the few
cocktail guru's can be a lot different and that many guests don't have an idea
of their opinions let alone appreciate it.
I think that when someone would get the idea that the bartender is lacking a
sense for determining when someting is overgarnished or not that this depends
on the bar and it's guests who appreciate those garnishes. Not the bad sense
of taste from the bartender.
I have the idea that there are enough places where people who like small
garnishes are in the minority.
