Ahh yes.... but does the guest really know what they want? 


Sorry, I had to play devil's advocate, and there are a couple people here that 
have drawn me into that debate before.  Do we give the customer what they 
want? Or educate them about what else they may want instead?  A person who has 
only had a Bud Lt. may think that that is a great beer...
