This doesn't have much influence. To prevent browning many people wipe cutted 
fruit with lemon juice to prevent browning. But for lime this doesn't help 
much. The prevention is due to the vitamin C and citric acid in lemon juice. 
Both are already present in lime or any other citrus fruit as well. You don't 
need to "protect" citrus with lemon like you do with other fruits or 
vegetables.

Covering the wedges with some foil in which you punch a few holes can help.
