Dan, I'm getting the feeling that you meant to reply to Modnar because nowhere 
in my last post did I say anything about educating a customer who wanted a 
drink shaken.  I don't feel that strongly about it, for cryin' out loud, I 
want to make the drink that the customer wants.  


"I wrote elsewhere that I would happily shake any drink upon request.  
This discussion isn't about what to do when a customer asks for a drink 
shaken, I would hope that for those of us in the service industry it would be 
a no-brainer."
