Ehm...
Actually, for myself, and for those customers who seem to mean it when they
say "Dry" I will swirl rather than shake or stir.
I DO NOT see the significant difference between a healthy stir and a decent
swirl when it comes down to what ends up in the glass.
I'll concede that too much shaking will cloud the drink for a minute or two,
but after doing the service bar enough I found that a minute was all it took
to 'dissolve' the difference between the two methods.
So. I swirl because it has the devil-may-care nonchalance that a swirler
deserves, while stirring just looks pansy.
