They are NOT identical pours. Its hard to describe them without showing them! 
Bear with me.......

Bounce pours refer to pouring a number of times as fast as possible, bouncing 
from glass to glass, thus stopping you from having to tilt the bottle to an 
upright position.

A snap cut would refer to snapping the bottle (as cleanly as possible) in an 
individual pour.

Hope that makes sense but I can assure you they are not the same.
