The recipe I posted was from the sauce/difford guide and on checking my specs 
here I found we make it to the spec you listed but use a lemon and blackberry 
garnish rather than lemon & raspberries. Maybe it's the roll out of the 
sauce/diffords guide in the Uk that prompted the "other" version! Is DB stil 
bartending somewhere?
