Dick used to get pissed off when he saw bartenders at Match trying to use 
blackberries as the garnish for a Bramble. These bartenders would say "But 
Mure means blackberries, so we should use a blackberry". Dick said that 
Raspberries are the garnish he choose, so stick to the specifications that he 
was paid to write.

We used a hell of a lot of raspberries at Match. Brambles and Match Spring 
Punchs accounting for most of them, plus the Miss Martini.
