I do apologise! I omitted the garnish and technique and got the proportions
all wrong! You must forgive me! Apologise to Dick on my behalf when you next
see him! On checking my specs We actually make the drink in the proportions
you gave which is a clear indication I need to brush up on my specs and sort
my life out a little! If any of my bartenders clock the recipe I posted I'm in
trouble! Still, that's why I'm inclined to taste my drinks! I'm not
infallible, I ocasionally fuck up drinks as simple as a Bramble and tasting
the drinks is an easy way to check you're on the recipe before you serve the
drink.
