Apparently there are two Bramble recipes. Although having worked with Dick
Bradsell who invented/ adapted/ created it, I was a little surprised.

The "other" Bramble recipe is...

Bramble

1 1/2 shot Gin,
3/4 shot fresh lemon juice,
1/2 shot sugar syrup.

Build over crushed ice, then add two short straws, use the straws to churn up
the crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice. Then lace with creme de mure. Add
two raspberries and a slice of lemon.

This was the recipe that Dick Bradsell was using from 1999, when I met him,
and probably still is.

Cheers!

George S.
