rookie question, but a worth while one still yet...i'm inquiring about how 
everyone out there free pours their liqiour? the bar i work at's liqiour cost 
is off and since im new to the game, i just want to make sure all my pours are 
on point. so enlighten me as far as how you count, spacing your count, and 
measurements (4 count is 1 ounce, 5 count is true shot, 6 count is 
double?)anyways, an insight is appreciated
