No shit. I attended a mandatory employee meeting today, and it later occurred 
to me that nowhere else have I heard the words "shit" and "fuck" being used so 
casually and often in an employee metting. In fact, at most of my past jobs, 
we would have all been written up or even fired. I'm so glad I do this now. 
It's so much more real.
