 :) True. true. But I can say, that bar culture is rising very fast at least 
here in Helsinki... (some statistics show, that 60% of cocktails sold in 
Finland are sold in Helsinki. (Finlands capital, about half a million people.) 
In Finland there lives about 6 million people. But I agree that most finns do 
act like you described above. Thankfully I am not one of them (I hope. :)
