I suppose Q has a point.

Because Not all British order the same way, and I only ever get pissed off 
with the odd "once in a while" ordering of one drink at a time. The average 
British customer usually reels off a long list of drinks. I try and remember 
them all, but if I have the slightest feeling I may not, then I ask again.

One of my favourites is, "one bacardi and coke, and one white rum and coke!"
