Hmmm...I don't think we're all that bad. Where I come from we always buy in 
"rounds" and avoid buying seperately. As for the lemonade....don't you have 
different kinds in the US? If you were to mix a drink with lemonade would it 
be with 7up? In the UK we have lemonade on tap (and coke) which usually is 
just fizzy water with no particluar taste!

Perhaps the habbit of buying drinks individually is due to UK prices. In 
London a Vodka Tonic can cost as much as £7.00 ($11.00 ish). Would you want to 
buy 10 drinks at that price?!
