So, it's way off topic, but if you're having a problem with Carpal Tunnel, I
actually treated mine and it's not hard to do. I'm sure you've seen something
called Baoding Balls, they are usually painted with chinese designs and always
reside in a ornamental padded box.
I'm not going to say that it does any of the stuff that some people spout
about, but the exercise makes your wrist a lot stronger and reverses carpal
tunnel if you spend some time doing it each day. It really did work very
well, and the set I bought was only $7 from an overpriced vendor in a casino
(the only place I had seen them locally). I was just happy I didn't have to
dump a couple grand on surgury that would still cause real damage.
