Yes, as the carple tunnle set in, I dissuaded myself from typing anymore, 
including the Soule-Smith piece.

I usually think twice, even pause before I give the Soule-Smith a good airing, 
mainly because Chris McMillian at the New Orleans Ritz "owns" it.  
You haven't had a mint julep till you've had one made by Chris as he 
"performs" the Soule-Smith presentation.  As his big mallet crushes your ice, 
in the tempo and meter of Smith's instructions, he recites the 
recipe......YES!  This is indeed the zenith of Man's Pleasure.  
Sip it and dream, Sip it and dream......
