I just think that what you think is not making a whole lot of sense when it 
comes to someone else thinking that they don't think that it's beneficial as a 
bartender to have had personal experience.

See, you THINK it matters, and I think it does not. Until you can SHOW me that 
one way is the ONLY way, these are just thoughts.

And my thought is: a bartender doesn't NEED to drink. Doesn't NEED to taste 
(there is NO way I'm tasting anything with Anise.... or Amaretto... two things 
I will not put in my mouth. I have tasted Anise and Amaretto IN THE PAST... 
but I can make your drink without tasting it, and if not, then no, I don't 
need to be making any drinks for you or any one else.)

With that, I think I'm going to put you in the same pile with Apetail.
