I found another post on this subject somewhere else on this board in regard to 
Non Drinkers being bartenders. Rather discouraging to say the least. Have you 
every been asked to sample a drink ? Or are there ways around it? Have 
considered talking to the local bartending school to see what their view on 
this subject is. Thanks for your post !
