Damn right too!
There's a big difference between just not being a "drinker" and someone who
will never, under any circumstances let alcohol pass their lips.
If the concept of alcohol is against your religion or ideology, don't get a
job in a bar.
Otherwise, even if you don't like certain tastes, you have to realise that
taking a sip won't kill you, and making an issue of it is childish.
I can't see why this topic even comes up. It's like
"I never eat salt or any seasonings, can I be a chef?"
"I hate reading, can I be a librarian"
... technically, you can, but you won't be a very good one, and more
importantly, why would you want to?
