There is no way in HAY-ELL that I would stand for that. Even if I was a 
drinker, even if this wasn't bar school.

That sounds major-league unethical to me, and I think I would report them. To 
the Chamber of Commerce... to the Liquor Control board.

What gives for any one to say you MUST drink?

It's not uncommon to find a recovering alcoholic behind the bar... they CAN'T 
drink. There are .....
