Fine. Say 'you should taste'. But when the response is, 'I'd rather not', I 
don't see any cause for, 'in that case, I will have to fail you', or 'in that 
case I will have to fire you'.

There are a lot of decent to very good tenders out there that don't drink.

Since where I come from, drinking isn't legal WHILE one is working, how does 
any one know what a tender does when they are not looking?
