Nope, no need for a work permit here.  You don't even technically need a 
passport to get down here, but it does make life much easier.  A buddy of mine 
is a dive instructor down here.  He does alright even without the bartending.  
Definitely something that you might want to consider.  Send me an e-mail if 
you have any more questions - I'd be happy to answer them.
