We all have our opinions, and now and then we all have our rants. (Save 
Cheryl. I'm disturbed how I have never in living memory seen her say ANYTHING 
negative about anyone. it's unnatural)

Me, I hold that we are in an industry where the customer is more often wrong, 
and that the hardest thing about being a bartender is telling who is drunk, 
and who is just naturally stupid. But even so, we do try to educate the masses.

You are in good company :-B . There's a lot of mutual respect flowing in this 
forum. (more than almost any other I've participated in, in fact - and I'm a 
serious web guy) So you now get my warm fuzzies, despite our crossed rapiers 
this week ;-)
