Look our cocktail list ain't small 80+ drinks ok.It just that those drinks are on their and others are not because I prefer to make a smaller number of consistently good cocktails instead of a large number of mediocre ones Quality over quantity -- "Thoult shalt respect thy bartender and all service industry professionals" Book of how not to be cut off paragraph 7 Verse 1
